The 2024 St. Nicholas Serata for Charity will be December 7, 2024

The Serata Organization Committee has Saturday, December 7, 2024 as the date of the next St. Nicholas Charity Serata.   It will be held at the very beautiful Circolo Canottieri Aniene, Lungotevere dell’Acqua Acetosa, 119, where we can host up to 140 participants!!   We have affirmed the two-fold purpose of the St. Nicholas Charity Serata:  to raise money for charitable institutions in Rome and to build up and celebrate our community.

Now is the time to begin thinking about how you would like to be involved.  When you go on vacation please consider purchasing or seeking donations for our Silent Auction in the areas of art, agriturismo, hotels, restaurants (get their menu, too), fashion, beauty products, specialty foods, book sets, a day at a spa or anything else that people would love to bid on.  Be incredibly original and unique this year!  Find something that you yourself would bid on.    And remember we need brand new items.

The summer is the perfect time to begin collecting these items.  For more information go to: https://stpatricksamericanrome.org/community/st-nicholas-serata-for-charity/    Or write to Fr. Greg at gapparcel@paulist.org

Spiritual Walking Tours begin on September 17!!

These are seven Tuesday mornings in September and October, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, beginning September 17.  March 4, 11, 18 and 25.  Requested Donation is 10 Euro for each tour (plus entrance fees). Reservations are necessary: VRector@stpatricksamericanrome.org    Please go to our website to get the complete schedule.

Special Financial Needs of St. Patrick’s Parish

We are grateful for the generosity of our parishioners and visitors who give year in and year out.    However, our utility bills, salaries, maintenance projects and taxes keep increasing.  The American parish of St. Patrick’s does not  receive financial support from the Vatican, the US or other religious institutions.  We depend on the generosity of our 250 parish families (American, Italian and many other nationalities) and our visitors to help us continue our ministries and weekly operating expenses.  And so, we ask you, our visitors and guests, to help us as well.

Would you consider making a one time donation of 20 Euros (or $20 US) or more?  This is the same weekly commitment we ask of our parishioners.

We appreciate whatever assistance you can give us.  You can also make a donation via bank transfer or bonifico to St. Patrick’s (Chiesa di San Patrizio a Villa Ludovisi) account at Credem bank: IT35D 03032 03201 01000 0005028. Or you can make a donation via Paypal, with your debit or credit card, through the Parish website dedicated page. Thank you for your presence and generosity.

Watch for our programs and events that will begin in September:
