Spiritual Walking Tours

FOUR WALKING TOURS IN MARCH 2026 (Sorry, these do not include a tour of St. Peter’s Basilica).

All Tours are: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (time approximate). Requested Donation:  10 Euro for each tour.  Some tours require extra for entrance fees as noted below. Reservations are necessary. (gapparcel@paulist.org). Fees are collected on the tour.  All tours begin at the Piazza della Repubblica in front of the Unicredit Bank on the right side at 9:30 AM.  Fr. Greg will have a sign.  It’s right next to the Metro entrance, left side if you are facing the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Please do not meet at the first Church as the itineraries and times can change).

Schedule for Four Mondays in March 2026:

March 2, 2026: The Trastevere Churches of Santa Maria in Trastevere, Santa Cecilia, San Crisogono and San Francesco a Ripa.  The tour ends with Mass in the Crypt of Santa Cecilia. Meet at Piazza della Repubblica at 9:30 AM.

March 9, 2026:  Synagogue of Rome and the Jewish (entrance and guide fee 20 euro extra per person.) Reservations for this tour must be made by March 6th. Limited to 15 people. Meet at Piazza della Repubblica at 9:00 AM.

March 16, 2026: Churches near St. Patrick’s Church: Includes San Andrea del Quirinale, San Carlino, San Bernardo, Santa Maria della Vittoria, San Camillo de Lellis and Santa Maria delgi Angeli and dei Martiri.  MEET AT ST. PATRICK’S CHURCH FOR THIS ONE, AT 9:30 AM. For those able to come early we will have a Prayer Service for the Intentions in our Prayer Request Book at 9:15 AM.

March 23, 2026 with FATHER MATT BERRIOS: The Basilicas of Santa Pudenziana, Santa Prassede and Santi Silvestro e Martino ai Monti. Meet Fr. Matt at first church on list (Santa Pudenziana) at  at 9:30 AM. 

We can only offer these scheduled group tours. Unfortunately we are not able to offer individual tours, or other group tours.

These tours involve a great deal of walking, so wear comfortable shoes.  And don’t worry, there’s always a cappuccino break!!!
